Social Equity Advisory Services (www.socialequity.co.in ) in association with Rotary Bangalore Ulsoor is organising a day-long workshop on “Volunteer Management for NGOs”
Volunteering is about giving time to a good cause. A chance to use one's talents, develop new skills and experience the pleasure that comes from making a real difference to other people's lives without expecting a financial benefit. Volunteers can be the backbone of nonprofit organisations. Therefore for an organisation, it is the beginning of an important relationship with a volunteer. So it becomes important for the organisation to effectively manage and retain volunteers. This workshop aims to develop skills in participants on how to develop and implement volunteer management systems in their organisations.
